We’re looking for a talented and passionate Content Manager to join our Lagos team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of compelling, on-brand content across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, social media specialists, and clients to ensure a seamless, consistent content experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and manage a content calendar that supports client objectives and Sparkbiz brand messaging.
- Lead the creation of high‑quality written, visual, and multimedia content across platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, best practices, and tools to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to produce compelling narratives and campaign ideas.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content and manage review and approval processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in content creation, editing, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing and content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Highly organized, able to balance priorities, and adept at working in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
